Covid 19 Update: Showroom Reopening

After many weeks of preparations we are finally ready to reopen our showrooms on Monday 10th August. We will be operating normal working hours which are 8.30-4.45 Monday to Thursday, 8.30 – 3.45 on a Friday and 8.30 – 11.45 on a Saturday morning. Please note the following measures that we have had to put in place to enable us to open safely. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

• If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, please do not visit us.
• Face coverings are compulsory whilst you are inside the building.
• The 2 metre rule must be observed at all times.
• Please ensure you use the hand sanitisation station as you enter the showroom.
• Please avoid touching items and surfaces unnecessarily.
• Please observe the distanced floor markings when queuing.
• A screen has been installed at our front desk to allow our staff to serve you safely. Please stand in front of this whilst you are being served.
• Only 6 people will be allowed in the showroom at any one time to facilitate safe distancing. We ask that other members of your household wait outside/in your vehicle to allow others to browse and shop safely.
• Please observe the one-way system which will be clearly marked and indicated by our staff on your arrival: Entry via the conservatory doors and exit via the side door.
• Regrettably our toilet facilities and refreshments will be unavailable for the time being.
